Leads the region and the regional board. They consider the needs of their community in providing a vibrant, growing region ensuring as many players as possible get the AYSO experience. Their role includes overseeing strategy, finances, volunteer recruitment, scheduling, policies and procedures, growth and most of all, making soccer fun for the players.

Assists the Regional Commissioner, who is ultimately responsible for the running of the AYSO region in all aspects, with the help of the board.
Assistant Regional Commissioner over Playground, U6 and U8

Assists the Region Commissioner in looking over the Playground, U6 and U8 divisions and is involved in day to day operation of these divisions.
Assistant Regional Commissioner over U10, U12, U14/15 and EPIC

Assists the Region Commissioner in looking over the U10, U12, U14/15 and EPIC divisions and is involved in day to day operation of these divisions.
Registrar

Plans and carries out the annual registration of all players and organizes teams.
Treasurer

Handles the financial activity of the region and paperwork, including registration collection and recording, savings, paying bills and deposits.
Safety Director & Fields

Applies safety requirements and oversees maintenance to all soccer equipment, nets, fields and facilities. Acquires fields by communication with Parks & Rec Department and maintains all playing fields, including field line painting.
Coach Administrator

Assists in registration of all coaches and leads the region's volunteer coaching program.
Referee Administrator

Implements the AYSO National Referee Program at the region level, including implementing training and development, certification and more for volunteer referees. Schedules referees for games.
Team Parent Coordinator

Following registration, serve as a liaison between the Regional Commissioner, Coach Administrator, other regional board and staff members, and the individual team parents.
Purchaser

Work with the region and our vendors to order, purchase, and distribute team uniforms and equipment.
Training Coordinator

Publicity & Advertising Coordinator

Disburse information and ensure communication of programs and events to schools, businesses, community members and media. Also, coordinates fundraising strategies and is responsible for supporting fundraising programs. We plan on having an assistant for this position.

Responsible for the content and images used on the region's website and updating information requested by the Regional Commissioner.
Child and Volunteer Protection Advocate (CVPA), Picture Day Coordinator, & Secretary
Michelle Lawther - [email protected]
Plans and implements the annual registration of all region volunteers. They follow the guidelines of the Safe Haven program including gathering applications for volunteer positions, screening applicants and upholding state laws that protect children. Schedules monthly board meetings, creates agenda, takes notes and minutes to be posted on the website.
