Region 1315 Referee Rewards Program
The Referee Rewards Program is a way to reward referees that are critical to the success of
the games played in Region 1315. Referees earn rewards based on the number of games they volunteer to officiate,
regardless of their position in the game (Referee, Assistant Referee, Substitution Official).
How It Works
Included in the Google Sheet that is used to track referee assignments and game schedules,
there will be a designated section that will track the number of games volunteered as a Referee, Assistant Referee,
and Substitution Official, broken down by division. These numbers will be updated weekly along with the Earned Referee
Points and used to distribute rewards based on the list below.

Rewards based on volunteers becoming a referee for the first time as well as those
continuing their growth and
education as a referee by upgrading their referee certification level beyond the Regional Referee level.

Cumulative Match Rewards
Rewards based on a cumulative count of matches that a certified referee (of any level) has
volunteered and officiated.

End of Season Rewards
Rewards given out at the volunteer recognition dinner at the end of the season, based on
the number of matches referees have volunteered at and how many Referee Points have been earned for that season.
Match counts and Referee Points do not carry over from one season to the next for these rewards.
